You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange minus the original cost of shipping and handling. After 30 days but no more than 60 days, we will issue refunds via store credit only. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee if the item is not returned in its original condition, which will be issued in the form of store credit. 

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of the return item being delivered to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We are not responsible for damaged or lost products in return transit. Please insure your shipment for the full amount in order to be covered in this rare situation.

Exclusions:

Fluids, Special Orders, Custom items, Used items, Programmers/Tuners, and freight shipping items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sales are final unless delivered defective or damaged.
